Importance
The new 2023 Comprehensive Plan states that it has been built with the past plans.
In fact, 2011 Village Center Master Plan has been adopted by reference as part of the New 2023 Comprehensive Plan.
2011 Village Center Master Plan States:
"The fundamentals of this Master Plan are based on balancing preservation of the existing community character with appropriate new development that supports an active, sustainable Village Center."
